Shipping Policy

The Pearl Tulip partners with trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective to offer a curated selection of gifts, personalized products, home décor, and seasonal favorites.

Order Fulfillment

Products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partners. If your order contains items from more than one supplier, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Processing Times

Processing times vary by product and supplier. Personalized, engraved, monogrammed, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout when applicable.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Shipments

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean an item is missing. Products fulfilled by different supplier partners may have separate tracking information and delivery dates.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of The Pearl Tulip and our supplier partners.
